Edit mode can be used to cheat. Start abuse with "abuse -edit". From there you can enable the "God mode," or you can use the editor to make health and ammo whenever you need it. To enter "God Mode" press shift+z.
This cheat allows you to fire any weapon (other than the laser) even if you have run out of ammo. Simply hold the right mouse button when firing the weapon you are on and the ammo to fire the weapon will be subtracted from the weapon to the left.
*Important: This only works if you have mouse weapon switching enabled. Edit lisp\options.lsp to enable it.

The easiest cheat in Abuse is whenever you find a save game console reload the game right away. When you reload a game you always start with 100% health.
