Satan Paint

"Satan Paint" is the name of the program that was used in creating the tiles in ABUSE.

Just like level designing, creating tiles for ABUSE can be a real pain in the ass... The
program needs dos4gw.exe to be in the same directory. Try it. And if you made some
great tiles with it, let me know and I'll post them here.
