jitit.com moved!

Jonathan moved the server. The URL from now is www.crack.com/abuse. fRaBs is making progresses. I created some new foreground and background tiles for it and shiped them to /Messiah\. Also, a new title screen made with 3D MAX and 2 new levels for it. fRaBs has now it's own page hosted on crack.com. So does ForeAbuse, Eitan's latest project. It's gonna' be BIG!

This month, the Forum welcomes Tulisti, a new member of the Abuse community. Nathaniel Krell said that he might have some problems with his page since the company that hosted it was bought by someone. I hope he takes care of it.

Team Firestorm is back!

Messiah, one of the first members of the now deceased Team Firestorm made appearance on the Abuse Forum. I hope he plans on updating his Abuse site! Welcome back. Also received 3 custom levels for Abuse, made by Justin (remember MechEden?). Put them on the download HTML. Due to the increasing number of levels, I changed it a bit.

Jonathan Clark added two links

Two new links appeared on crack.com: Buy and Lisp Fun. In the Buy section you can now find links and addresses where you can buy Abuse. At Lisp Fun there is a documentation aviable called LISP function guide written by Tony Cannon which describes various Lisp functions in Abuse. Pretty cool! You can find it here.

What really happened to the music from Abuse ?!?

Received an email from Bobby Prince at Bobby Prince Music. bpmusic.com are the people who made the music for some great games like Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Doom II. One day I was searching the Web for the music from Wolf3D and I got to this page that said "Bobby Prince Music, music from Abuse, Wolfenstein 3D, Doom..."... I said "Wow, maybe I can download the music from Abuse and put it on my page". I didn't found the music, on bpmusic.com, so I wrote an e-mail to Bobby Prince, asking if he could provide me the MIDI files. I got a response a few days later saying that he indeed made the music for Abuse, but that the programmers of the game changed their mind in the last minute and agreed to release Abuse without music... He also said that he would be glad to send me the music files but that he would have to convert them to MIDI format, and that't a great deal of work (I agree) and he doesn,t have the time. Oh well...
